Deposit for reservation
All activity bookings require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is payable on the day of the activity, before boarding.
Schedule change
A schedule change may be required due to weather conditions; if so, the client will be notified at least 24 business hours in advance. A schedule change due to weather does not constitute a cancellation or refund.
If the client wishes to change the date of the excursion, this can be done with a minimum notice of 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the activity.
Boat license
It is possible to rent a boat without a boating license, provided that a waiver is signed by Transport Canada. Instructions on how to proceed will be provided.
